We purchased Kelo from the Sheldak Ranch in 2017. Since then he has been our main sire and a 100% color producer. His friendly and calm disposition is passed onto his children and his affection towards them is to be admired. How many other stallions can go from breeding to babysitter while still getting along with other stallions?
His full brother Hesa Cool Star was the South African National Halter champion from 2010-2017, as well as multiple Western Riding Championships.

Image's genetics come directly from our farm's foundation horses. Like so many of our horses over the years, Image acquired the hallmark dispostion and demeanor that we look for--- calm, friendly and willing. He is a handsome sweetheart that will catch both your eye and your heart! He is willing to compete for your attention. Often times, Image will race Kelo to the gate to see which one of them can get your attention first!
Image has worked with trainer Lawrence Hiatt and in 2017 won his weanling class under both judges as well as Grand Champion and the futurity at the Great Midwest International Horse Show in Valley City, N.D. He also finished in the ApHC top ten as a weanling that year. Time constraints haven't allowed us to keep him in the ring, however, he wouldn't have far to go to get back in it and win some more ribbons! He looks awesome!
